Eco-Bound was established in April 22, 2002 by the president David L Vollmer Jr. David is a Wildlife Biologist and received his education at Penn State University and East Stroudsburg University. His degrees include a M.S. in Biology, B.S. in Environmental Studies and an A.S. in Wildlife Technology.

He is personally involved in every job and is dedicated to providing a hassle free experience.
